“The presentation on Saturday was a big success. Saturday is our busiest day with a heavy flow of customers and walk-by traffic. Having Kristie in store to promote XMA was a great way to introduce customers to the product. I have found that customers are generally unenthusiastic about trying new eczema creams because they feel like they have tried everything before.

I think having the chance to try the product and having someone there to tell them about it definitely helped with sales with Kristie selling 5 tubes herself in the 3 hours she was here. All in all I think the product was received well by the public and expect it to go well in our store into the future.
